Homeless Connect Day Provides Free, One-Stop Resources

homelessconnectdaysmallFrom 1:00 to 5:oo p.m. today, Thursday, July 28, a large group of city, county and non-profit agencies will gather together at the Pan Pacific Park Senior Center, 141 S. Gardner Ave., for a Homeless Connect Day to provide free, one-stop services to people experiencing homelessness.  Resources will include healthcare, legal services, housing connections, food, clothes, yoga, and a homeless court citation clinic (1-3 p.m. only; limted to 30 participants), which can help wipe out some tickets and associated fees.
