Metro Blog Takes You Behind (and Under) the Scenes of Purple Line Construction

Travelling along Wilshire Blvd. these days, we see a lot of the surface-level construction and disruptions related to the current Purple Line Subway Extension construction. So we may be tempted to think that’s all that’s going on at the moment.  But there’s also a lot happening behind (and under!) the scenes, too.  For those who would like to keep up with the less publicly visible parts of this truly massive construction project (i.e. four-year-old boys…and the four-year-old boy in all of us), you can follow Metro’s The Source blog, which posts great insider information and photos about this and other Metro projects and issues.  Here are a few recent Purple Line-related stories (click on the headline or photo for more information):
