Santa will be seen on Larchmont Blvd today, Sunday, Dec. 7th,  for the Larchmont Village Holiday Open House. Carolers and musical groups will be providing musical cheer up and down the street, and stores are decorated and open for business. The annual event will span all shops from First Street to Melrose Avenue.
It’s a great opportunity for youngsters to grab a photo with Santa, do some holiday shopping, Â and pick out your Christmas tree at the Wilshire Rotary Christmas Tree Lot, 568 N. Larchmont Blvd (just south of Clinton) which is open from 10 am – 8 pm today.
1 pm – 3 pm Santa will stroll the boulevard.
12:30 pm – 2 pm Larchmont Charter Junior High Chorus
1:30 pm – 3 pm Christ the King Choir
2 pm – 3:30 pm – The Village Carolers
2:45 pm – 4:15 pm The Burgos Family Musicians
Larchmont Village vendors are expected to have their holiday windows decorated, part of a contest sponsored by the Larchmont Village Business Improvement District (BID), the Larchmont Buzz and the Larchmont Chronicle. The winner will be announced on December 15, 2014.
The Holiday Open House is sponsored by the Larchmont Boulevard Association.
