Councilmember LaBonge Leads Sunset Hike to Mt. Hollywood

City-of-Los-Angeles-LogoIt’s hard to believe that the Autumnal Equinox is upon us…but you know it’s here when  Councilmember Tom LaBonge  commemorates the change of season with a group hike!

LaBonge invites you and your friends to join in a salute to the London 2012: Games of the XXX Olympiad and Southern Californian Olympians with a sunset hike to Mt. Hollywood in Griffith Park on Thursday, September 20th. Hike and enjoy the greatest natural landscape in the City of Angels, Mt. Hollywood, 1625 feet above sea level.

Get warmed up and meet the group in the north end of the Griffith Observatory parking lot near the Charlie Turner Trailhead.  It should be a terrific evening to catch a gorgeous LA sunset!
