Just in time for the kick-off of summer, peaches are back in the farmer’s market. Roger Morrison, Hancock Park resident and founder of Jardesca California Aperitiva shared his recipe for a Jardesca Peach Infusion to help us properly celebrate the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend.
JARDESCA Peach Infusion
By the pitcher
- 3 bottles of JARDESCA California Aperitiva
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
- 6 fresh white peaches (sliced)
- 3 sprigs of mint (bruised)
- 3 sprigs of basil (bruised)
Place the peaches mint and basil in the bottom of the pitcher.  Pour in the JARDESCA.  Stir the ingredients together. Place in the refrigerator. When you are ready to serve add the bottle of Prosecco and pour over ice in a rocks glass.  Makes 32 drinks

Pour over ice in a rocks glass
Add a slice of white peach and a splash of Prosecco
Garnish with fresh mint and basil
