As predicted, the rain is coming down…and already one of our area’s typical flood spots is over-flowing. Rossmore Avenue is flooded south of Beverly Boulevard and LADOT has closed the street between Beverly and 3rd Street. If you are driving through the area, you can expect delays along 3rd Street, Beverly Boulevard and Rossmore.
