A car heading east along Beverly Boulevard swerved to avoid a collision with another car and ended up in the garden of the apartment building at 250 North Norton Avenue on Saturday, just before 12 noon. Â It was a dramatic scene on the southeast corner of Norton and Beverly as neighbors rushed to make sure the driver and his three passengers were uninjured.
The LAPD response was quick, there were no injuries and damage to the green Toyota Echo was minimal.
There were at least two other accidents of this same nature in the Hancock Park/Windsor Square neighborhoods on Saturday.
