Due to weather conditions last Saturday, the Wilshire BRT street paving work originally scheduled for last week has been rescheduled to occur this Saturday, January 17 from 7am – 5pm on Wilshire Blvd between Highland Ave. and Crescent Heights Blvd. Avoid this section of Wilshire on Saturday. The area around Wilshire Blvd and Fairfax Ave. will continue to see nighttime work related to the Purple Line Extension. Utility relocation work will continue January 11-29, 2015. Work hours are 8pm-6am Sundays thru Thursdays, 10pm-8am on Fridays, and 8am-5pm on Saturdays.
Crenshaw Blvd between Exposition and Coliseum will still be closed this weekend in excavation and decking activities for construction of the underground Exposition Station. Traffic on Rodeo Road will be open, but lanes reduced.
