leslieCaptain Leslie, who served as Captain of the Wilshire Division for the last three years, has been transferred to Central Division. One of his last projects as Wilshire Division captain was to form a new Community Police Advisory Board (CPAB), composed of community leaders recruited from various neighborhood councils and business groups. The mission of the Board is to create additional outreach between the Wilshire LAPD and the communities and groups it serves, as well as to enable the Wilshire LAPD to focus on key crime issues in each individual area.
