Bonne Chance to Close after 20 Years on Larchmont

Astgik Ousepian is closing Bonne Chance, her eclectic clothing boutique on Larchmont Blvd., after twenty years.

Astgik Ousepian is closing her eclectic clothing boutique after more than twenty years in business at 146 N. Larchmont Blvd. Last week Astgik told the Buzz she was unable to afford the new rent since the building changed hands last fall.

Everything in the store is on sale now, including the hand-knit sweaters designed and made by Astgik.  She says it’s her passion and she keeps creating new sweaters even though she’s closing the shop. Now she’s trying to figure out how to continue her business without her Larchmont store.

Astgik and her business partner, who preferred not to be included in the story,  also sell a wide range of purses “inspired” by famous brands. Their small store is jam-packed with items that need to be sold by the end of the month, though she’s hoping she can stay until the end of February. Stop by and see what’s available while you can.
