A young Brookside resident, Matthew Brown went missing yesterday from his family’s home on Highland Avenue near 9th Street. Efforts by the police to locate him yesterday were not successful.
Matthew has autism and his parents are not sure what triggered his leaving home but they told the Buzz they are very concerned about him. His parents say Matthew maybe be unresponsive and ask if anyone sees him, not to approach him but instead call his dad Brian at (310) 869-4914. It may also be helpful to call out that his parents are looking for him and want him to return home.
