Does anyone know the story behind this lovely lady – who looks an awful lot like Audrey Hepburn – overlooking Z Pizza on Larchmont Blvd.? Just noticed her after years of walking and driving up and down the Boulevard. And no, it’s not new. Â The photo below, taken in December, 2014 shows the same image in the same position (before the hair started to peel):
