Do you have concerns or questions about local crime and/or policing…or just want to chat informally with our local police officers? Â If so, you’re invited to the McDonald’s restaurant at 695 S. Western Ave. tomorrow morning (Friday, October 7), from 8 to 11 a.m., as LAPD’s Olympic Division hosts an informal “Coffee with a Cop” event. Â Both the event and the coffee will be free…and Police Chief Charlie Beck is scheduled to attend as well. Â Everyone is welcome to come and get to know your local law enforcement officers.
