Melrose Action Neighborhood Watch Brings Back “Meetings at Your Corner”

This Wednesday, September 16, at 7:15 p.m., the LAPD Wilshire Station, Melrose Action Neighborhood Watch, office of Council Member Paul Koretz, Melrose Business Improvement District, and the L.A. City Attorney’s Office will bring back their “Meeting at Your Corner” series — neighborhood gatherings on crime held on predetermined street corners throughout Basic Car 7A1 in the Melrose neighborhood.  The meetings will continue on various corners throughout the neighborhood over the next several months.

The first meeting, at Waring and Curson Avenues, will feature a welcome of new (Interim) L.A.P.D.Senior Lead Officer Ray Moreno, L.A.P.D. Wilshire Commander Howard Leslie, L.A. City Attorney Neighborhood Prosecutor Nooshi Zahiri, staff from the office of City Council Member Paul Koretz…and more.
