Compass Realty
Everyone is buzzing about the latest closing on Larchmont: Compass is closing its real estate office on the second floor of the Keystone Building at 156 N. Larchmont Blvd. The office opened just about a year ago. Pacific Union leased the space last year and began the build-out just before that company was acquired by Compass. Office Manager Brett Parsons welcomed us to an opening last December that featured an art exhibit. Parsons had hoped the finished office could serve as a work space and community space. Over the past year, Parsons also invited neighbors to use the space for meetings.
Compass brokers who used the space will now be housed in the company’s Beverly Hills office, according to The Real Deal. One local realtor, Richard Battaglia, told the Buzz that he’s sorry to see the office close, but it doesn’t really affect him since he will continue to operate in the Hollywood Compass office.

Celebrity neighbors Anne Heche and James Tupper have split up and are selling their North Las Palmas home.
Realtor Billy Rose told the Buzz that the home will be open this Sunday from 2- 5 p.m. It’s new construction but fits the historic character of the Hancock Park area. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is just under 5,000 square feet. The asking price is $3,395,000. Check it out this Sunday.
