USC Athletic Director and football legend Lynn Swann has purchased a contemporary home in the Hancock Park area for $3.08 million, reported the Los Angeles Times last week.
It’s a homecoming for Swann, who according to the Times,
Swann was a standout wide receiver at USC and went on to win four Super Bowls in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The 65-year-old returned to his alma mater as athletic director last year.
Steven Tator of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented Swann in the deal. Michelle Saniei and Jesse Lally of Hilton & Hyland were the co-listing agents.
