Police and Community on Lookout for Rapist

A notification from Officer Pelayo of the Olympic Division was sent this morning to the community:

An attempted rape occurred last night, April 27th, at approximately 8:30 pm in the area of 1st Street and Gramercy Place. The victim was able to fight off her attacker, however she did receive non-life threatening injuries while defending herself.

The suspect is described as a Male Black, 25-35 years old, 6 ft, 125-175 lbs. He was wearing a dark shirt and dark pants.
