Holiday Cheer from Independent Shakespeare Company

The Independent Shakespeare Company (ISC) has a few events that you may want to squeeze into your holiday calendar  to put you in the spirit.

A Christmas Carol with Charles Dickens
An ISC Christmas Carol with Charles Dickens

A Christmas Carol with Charles Dickens:

In his lifetime, Dickens was famous for performing dramatic interpretations of his own work. In this production, ISC re-creates the experience…with a great deal of artistic license. David Melville plays Charles Dickens performing nearly all the characters in A Christmas Carol and based on Dickens’ own performance script.  He’s joined by a young actress, and what follows is an evening of wry humor, romance and redemption.

With David Melville and (on separate performances) Julia Aks or Ashley Nguyen.
