The Los Angeles Garden Tour and Party, sponsored by the Windsor Square-Hancock Park Historical Society, is on for this Sunday. The current forecast is for a sunny 71 degrees, the gardens are in full bloom and the neighborhood is ready to play host to the annual party that officially welcomes Spring to our City.
