File this under idle curiosity…there’s a huge crane scaling the heights of our neighborhood’s tallest building this morning. Don’t you always wonder – what are they up to?
We hoped they were repairing the lights in the sign that spans the top of the building – Larchmont Medical Building. No such luck! It turns out that they are delivering equipment for a new AC Unit.
Oh, well…cranes still are pretty spectacular. And while there are an entire fleet of cranes over on La Brea between all the projects going UP on that busy thoroughfare, we rarely see a crane so large in Larchmont Village. And a beautiful blue sky to set it against.
This is a perfect outing for toddlers on one of the early days of Winter Break! You can sit and stare at the work being done for a good 30 minutes.
Love love love that the Buzz answers all the random questions we have in our ‘hood. Keep up the great work!
