Wilshire Park is having its 4th Annual Halloween Haunt on Saturday, October 26, from 4:30-9pm. The festive neighborhood event takes place on Bronson Avenue between Wilshire Boulevard and 8th Street.
Area streets are closed so that families can enjoy a safe and fun time. There will be trick or treating, a haunted house, carnival games, bouncers, an outdoor movie theater, a dance party, costume contests, a carved pumpkin contest (bring pumpkin already carved), a face painter, and a fortune teller. All of these activities are free!
The Wilshire Park Association raises money for association activities via a raffle for an Apple TV and the sale of food at the event.
Representatives from LAPD’s Olympic Division, Firestation 29, and Councilman LaBonge’s office are expected to join in on the fun. Homeowners on the street hosting the activities will have signs on their lawns to identify their participation.
The Wilshire Park Association hopes to see local friends and neighbors there!
