It’s official, Bluemercury, the skincare and beauty products company, is opening at 158 N Larchmont in the former home of Jamba Juice, confirmed Tom Kneafsey of Metropolitan Properties.
Bluemercury, based in Washington, D.C., currently operates about 60 specialty stores in 18 states, typically in prime street-level locations and urban lifestyle centers, as well as an online business. The company was founded in 1999 by Marla and Barry Beck was acquired by Macy’s in last year. In announcing the acquisition, Macy’s described Bluemercury as America’s largest and fastest-growing luxury beauty products and spa services retailer.
Calls to local contacts were not returned at the time of this post but updates will be published as we get them.
However, our inquiry to Sweetfin Poké was answered right away. It seems they are now planning an August opening after initially aiming for May.
