CIM Wilshire Mullen Project Update

Sitting on the corner of Wilshire and Rimpau, the Farmers Insurance tower, built in 1937, is slated to become the Wilshire Mullen Project, a housing development by CIM Group.

The CIM Wilshire Mullen Project, the re-development of the former home of Farmer’s Insurance by CIM, is moving along as the City Planning Department begins the process of of drafting an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the project.

At last week’s “scoping meeting,” City Planning Department staff invited interested individuals and organizations to make suggestions about what should be included in the environmental review. The deadline to submit comments and suggestions to the City is January 4, 2016.
