According to the Jewish Journal, the Hancock Park Orthodox community was successful in getting CBS Outdoor to replace the ad on a billboard at Beverly Boulevard and Detroit, just west of La Brea. The ad in question was for the HBO series ‘Eastbound and Down’ and featured some scantily clad women.

The Orthodox community organized on the web via their listserv. Residents of the area were encouraged to send a note to management at CBS Outdoor requesting that the billboard in question be quickly replaced. The billboard company was very cooperative and complied with the request.
