The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) has launched a new website, www.myladwp.com featuring a clean, graphic design with lots of information for all types of LADWP customers on how to save money while conserving water and power. There is also lots of information on the proposed water and power rate increase and why it’s necessary for the utility to increase rates to fund infrastructure investments.  There’s a “Customer’s First” survey on the site and all the familiar social media options including signing up to “Stay Informed” by email and text messages.

The “How to Save” tab nicely organizes all the various incentive and rebates programs offered by the utility which is an improvement over the  LADWP’s main site, www.ladwp.com, where you have to go if you want to find your utility bill. The sites don’t seem to be linked but perhaps that will happen at some point.
