The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that President Barack Obama will be attending a very small political fundraiser in Hancock Park next month. And when we say small…we mean small! The event will be capped at 35 contributors and is expected to raise $1.2 Million (tickets are a little over $34,000 per person).
The fundraiser is scheduled for Monday, September 9th and will be hosted by TV producer Marta Kauffman (Friends).
Our City and the Secret Service have come a long way in how they manage the Presidential motorcade since the first Obama fundraiser in our area. It’s likely that the impact on traffic will be minimal.
