A common question realtors’ hear is “How is the market these days?”
The chart below provides a good glimpse of the answer, across some of the various neighborhoods that make up our community. Â Our local market has performed well this year. There has been a condition of low inventory and rising prices throughout the year, and the data bears this out.
People like to ask not only how the market is doing but where we think it’s going. Absent the presence of a crystal ball, that question can be difficult to answer! Â But in comparing the first three quarters of 2013 to the same time period in the last two years, one can certainly see we’re on an upward trend (click on the chart to see it in a larger format.)
